Description: While all the homes were being demolished and the flowers were being bulldozed under, along came a grandson with vision. Grabbing the precious stock of bushes and roses, he planted them where they could grab the sun. Replacing the pipes and electrical fixtures, removing walls and installing a kitchen for a resident chef, he transformed the family heirloom into his special domain.
