Diane Hark will produce a special work of art, captured in watercolor or acrylic, bringing your photograph to life. When you receive this treasure, you will be delighted and proud to display this painting on your wall.

HERE'S HOW TO ORDER ORIGINAL
AND COMMISSIONED PAINTINGS

  1. View our online gallery for the type of painting you are interested in purchasing (boats, homes, or beautiful locations).

  2. Determine the painting size (22" X 30", 2' X 3', or 3' X 6') and the medium (watercolor or acrylic) you would like to order.

  3. If you would like to order a painting from the online gallery, complete the order form and contact Diane Hark via phone/fax (610-642-8076) or email (diane@DianeHarkArt.com).

  4. Original, unframed, matted paintings from the gallery will be shipped with in three weeks from the receipt of your payment. We accept checks (payable to Diane Hark Art) or money orders.

  5. If you would like to commission a custom painting, complete the order form and contact Diane Hark via phone/fax (610-642-8076) or email (diane@DianeHarkArt.com). Once your order has been placed, you will receive a letter confirming your decision. Please sign this letter and returned it to Diane Hark along with three photographs of your subject and a deposit, in the amount of 50% of the price of the painting.

  6. Unframed, matted,commissioned paintings will be shipped within two months from the receipt of your photographs and deposit.

  7. Final payment is due within 10 days of receipt your painting.


SHIPPING AND HANDLING INFORMATION

  1. All original (in-stock) paintings will be shipped via UPS carrier within three weeks of receipt of your payment-in-full.

  2. All commissioned paintings will be shipped via UPS carrier within two months of receipt of your deposit.

  3. All paintings will be signed and matted by Diane Hark using an appropriate 3" neutral color mat.

  4. A clear plastic wrap will cover the painting and mat to protect the surface.

  5. Paintings will be wrapped with bubble wrap and placed in a custom box and shipped to the address of your choice.

  6. All prices include a $20 shipping, handling and damage insurance charge.

  7. Paintings will be insured for damage equivalent to the value of the painting.

  8. Paintings do not include frames, only the mat. We would be happy to advise you on your frame selection.
